Refund Policy

Refunds

Refunds are available for tickets only under certain guidelines.

Get a full refund on event tickets if you change your mind within 24 hours of purchase. If eligible, a refund link will appear in the order details page of your TriState account.

Bridal Expo tickets are nonrefundable.

 

Fundraising Events – Tickets

Tickets are nonrefundable as all proceeds will be donated the charity.

Refunds for Canceled Events

All catered events are nonrefundable.

Refunds for Rescheduled Events

TriState Event Planning Services will contact each ticket purchaser with the new date and time according to his or her registration information provided during ticket purchasing. Can’t make it? Refunds are up to the artist, team, venue, or promoter – but we’ll do everything we can to help. Contact us!

Vendor Refunds – Cancellation by Venue(s)

All vendors will be notified via phone or email upon cancellation of event(s) as well as issued a refund up to but not to exceed 31 days of the date of the cancellation notification. Further details will be provided via the phone or email communication. Vendors are permitted to apply refund towards credit of next event with TriState Event Planning Services in lieu of refund.

Vendor Refunds – Cancellation by TriState Event Planning Services

Vendor Refunds – Cancellation by Vendor

Each Vendor’s right to a refund upon canceling after booking a Craft & Vendor Event with TriState Event Planning Services will be determined by this cancellation policy. If the vendor cancels to participate greater than 16 days from the date of an event then the amount of the vendor fee minus the non-refundable application fee will be refunded; however, should the vendor cancel the event 15 days or less from the date of the event then the amount of the vendor fee is reduced by 25% for each 5 days until it reaches day 5 from the actual day of the event in which case the vendor fee is no longer refundable. To reiterate, all application fees are NONREFUNDABLE.

In order to receive a refund, you must cancel your event through TriState Event Planning Services only. When you cancel, you’ll be given a summary of the cancellation policy and the payments you will be refunded. Once we’ve confirmed your cancellation, we will issue the refund to the source which was used for payment. This process could take 1-2 business days. Once the refund is issued, it may take up to 3-5 business days to post to your account.

If the cancellation policy states that no refund is owed, TriState Event Planning Services will not refund any payments to you directly; however, you are welcome to discuss the potential of a reduction in a future vendor event, where applicable.
