TriState Event Planning Services {TriState Events} will represent you, the client, when booking the
venue as you 'Venue Booking Agent' in which we represent and negotiate the contract, coordinate and
produce (as applicable) all proposed events and productions held at the agreed upon venue.
If agent services are needed for an extended period of time {over a year}, the terms can be changed to
reflect an ongoing relationship for the booking during the term of the agreement for one or more events.
The agent contract is set up to be an exclusive partnership between the client “Venue Booking Agent”
{TriState Events}, the client as well as the venue itself.
Venue Day of Coordination
The following is included but not limited to the services provided by TriState Events as part of the ‘Venue
Booking Agent’ relationship:
• Contract terms are adhered to
• Client special requests are handled
• Keeping staff (sometimes includes catering/bar) on task
• Managing the venue to the expectations of the owner and acting as an advocate for the venue and
it's staff, if applicable
• Overseeing event closure (i.e. making sure guests safely depart, load out is on time with vendors
according to owners requests, etc.)
• Running tasks during the event
