“Day of Coordinator”
• Confirm final details with all Wedding Professionals (Vendors) prior to the official wedding day. Ensure
all Wedding Professionals have all viable working mobile numbers for TriState Events for the President
& primary Wedding Planner. Send vendors a copy of the final ceremony itinerary.
• Receive deliveries & deliveries timeline thereof.
• Administer & lead proper set-up, execution, and clean-up.
• Assist with set up and staging of ceremony area at Venue & staging of reception of Venue to client’s
exact specifications requests as warranted. Wedding Planner reserves the right to make any last minute
minor adjustments, as warranted.
• Greet & remain point of contact for all Wedding Professionals (Vendors).
• Assist with dissemination corsages & boutonnieres, as needed.
• Guide & lead the flow of guest through the ceremony & reception area, all guest relations.
• Manage the gifts & card collection.
• Assist with the rehearsal, processional, recessional.
• Day before the wedding. Ensure all Wedding Professionals (Vendors) complete clean up on time.
• Assist with the rehearsal, processional, recessional.
• At the end of the Event:
Ensure all Wedding Professionals (Vendors) complete clean up on time.
Facilitate the collection of the gift and card box to the couple.
An amount of $100.00 is invoiced when the guest amount exceeds 150.
