END OF WEDDING GUIDE: TriState Events will remain as the last Vendor on site. From set-up to clean up, we are your
champion of choice. TriState Events will supervise all of the clean-up process to ensure all clean-up is completed in a
timely and orderly fashion by all external Vendors. TriState Events will also take responsibility for all remaining wedding
affiliated materials and/or arrangements remaining at the Venue and store until the new Mr. & Mrs. had returned from
the newlyweds honeymoon. We will also arrange for pick up by each designated Vendor, where warranted.
PAYMENT GUIDELINES: Once booked as your personal wedding planner, a deposit of 50% of total wedding planner fee
which is a non-refundable retainer is due at the time of signing of the services agreements/contracts. From there the
next payment of 25% of the final 50% will be due 60 days prior to the wedding date and then the final payment is not
due until two weeks prior the actual wedding day.
SPECIAL NOTE: There are no penalties for early payment. The following payment options are acceptable: cash, credit
cards, bank cashier checks, and/or money orders. Personal checks are no longer accepted.
